These terms govern your use of hikmsystems.com. Client engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed for that engagement; where those documents conflict with this page, they win.
HIKM Systems is an AI operations partner. We advise on, build, and operate software and automation for client businesses — as standalone projects or as an ongoing embedded engagement.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization (see our Security page for responsible disclosure), scrape it at abusive volume, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
The free audit is a 30-minute consultation with a written diagnosis. It is provided for informational purposes; it is not a binding scope, quote, or guarantee of outcomes. Any engagement that follows is defined in its own signed agreement.
Scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, and ownership of deliverables for any engagement are defined in that engagement's agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, clients own the deliverables built for them — the accounts, the data, and the code.
Content on this site — copy, design, code, and imagery — belongs to HIKM Systems and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Service descriptions are summaries, not contractual specifications.
