This policy describes what Hikm Systems LLC collects through hikmsystems.com, where it goes, and the choices you have. We collect as little as the site needs, and what follows is all of it.
Contact form: the name, email, company, and message you submit are delivered to us as email through Resend, our email provider. We don't store submissions in a database; the email is the record.
Scheduling: the booking widget on our contact page is provided by Calendly, and the name, email, and time you enter go to Calendly under their privacy policy. Bookings flow into our internal client-management records, hosted on Supabase, where we keep the name, email, booking details, and how you found us. Access is restricted, and records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which reports cookieless, aggregated page metrics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
Hosting logs: the site runs on Vercel, which processes standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages) to serve and secure the site.
We set no cookies ourselves. Calendly may set cookies inside its own widget, under Calendly's policy.
We don't sell or share your information for advertising. We don't run ad trackers. We don't collect payment details on this site. There are no accounts.
Data we access during a client engagement (code, systems, records) is governed by the engagement letter, not this policy.
Email admin@hikmsystems.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We answer within a reasonable time, and deletion requests are honored unless we're required to keep something, such as an active engagement record.
Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), Calendly (scheduling), and Supabase (client-management records).
