This policy describes what information HIKM Systems ('Hikm', 'we') collects through hikmsystems.com and in the course of providing services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We keep inquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
